We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Free Returns

PackVerse offers free returns worldwide. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
